Profi Rom Food (Proficare) has 15,000 sqm of office and warehouse. The lease agreement was signed for 5 years and represents the most important deal on the logistic market from the last quarter of 2012. DSV Solutions signed a three years contract for 2,700 sqm in Log Center Timisoara, representing 15% of the building rentable area. Euroccoper signed for 21,500 sqm in North East Logistic Park (NELP) from Bucuresti and became the main tenant of NELP. NELP tenants include also Logwin, with 1,800 sqm.
