This result represents 7.8% from the total rents revenues of the group.

Its operational incomes reached EUR 8.5 million in the above mentioned period compared to EUR 6.8 million last year, representing 6.3% of the total operational results of Immofinanz Group.

The properties of Immofinanz Group in Romania represent 9.7% of the total company’s portfolio. The group owns in Romania 88 assets (17 finalized investments, 11 ongoing and 60 projects planned), with a total value over EUR 1 billion (EUR 654.6 million – completed, EUR 39.7 – ongoing, EUR 309.4 – planned).

The current investments portfolio in Romania includes nine office buildings (13.4% of the total office portfolio), five retail properties (9.1% from the total retail portfolio) and three logistic centres (3.2% of the entire logistics portfolio).

Immofinanz is the biggest office owner in Bucharest, with a portfolio of more than 200,000 sq m, one of the most important move this year being represented by the almost fully lease of the Bucharest Corporate Center and Global Business Center to IBM.
