The investor selected the Austrian company PORR Construct as general contractor of the project, a company also working for two business centres in Bucharest: Orhideea Towers owned by CA Immo near Vastint project and Immofinanz’s Metroffice in Pipera.

The three buildings within Business Garden Bucharest total a rentable area of 41,000 sq. m and will be delivered to tenants in the second half of 2018. A building will have 21,000 sq. m, while the other two will have 10,000 each. The project is developed on a plot of two hectares purchased in 2011 for nearly EUR 13 million.

The complex, designed by West Group Architecture, has recently received the maximum green pre-certification award, LEED Platinum, recognizing the quality of the design and sustainable planning. This involves, among other features, a silent ventilation system and air conditioning, with 100 pct fresh air intake, 3 m free height on floor, opening windows every 2.7 m, thermal control and improved visual comfort.

„We are very glad that Vastint Romania’s operations soar up with 70,000 sq.m central, quality office spaces,  in construction in two important projects at the same time“, has declared Antoniu Panait, general manager of Vastint Romania.

Vastint also started last year the speculative construction of the first two office buildings within Timpuri Noi Square complex, to be delivered in the first quarter of 2017. This first phase involves a development cost of nearly EUR 50 million, also including the value of the land. (Source: capital.ro)
