The Swedish bought in 2010 for approx. EUR 35 million the 5.3 ha plot of the former Timpuri Noi factory, but they have appointed the constructor only in the end of last year. The Israeli constructor Danya Cebus will take care of the first two buildings in the project, with 10 floors each and a rentable area of 30,000 sq. m, according to the latest information.

The first two buildings will be delivered by the end of 2016 and will also include nearly 3,000 sq. m of commercial spaces. On the Timpuri Noi plot the developer also scheduled for construction the third office building as well as residential buildings with an area of 50,000 sq. m.

The investment for the first phase of the project’s development, namely the first two office buildings, reaches nearly EUR 50 million, including the costs with the land, according to ZF estimations.  (source: zf.ro)
