Almost half of the area to be delivered in the following three quarters is 48% pre-leased, according CBRE Romania. The biggest projects to be delivered are Floreasca Park, CSDA Siriului, Hermes Business Campus B Building and Armand Calinescu OB. The modern office stock in Bucharest continued its growth in the first quarter of 2013 up to 2.28 million sq. m. In January-March three office buildings were delivered, with a total rentable area of 72,000 sq. m: Floreasca City Center (16,000 sqm), Sky Tower (41,000 sqm) and West Gate Building 5 (15,000 sqm). „2013 started well regarding starting new projects. The construction and development company Skanska started the construction works for its first office project in Romania. Green Court Bucharest is situated in Barbu Vacarescu-Floreasca area and will have 52,000 rentable area to be delivered in three phases, starting 1Q2015”, has declared Razvan Iorgu, general manager CBRE Romania.
