The mall was taken over by by a company owned by the businessman Costică Tudosă, in Suceva.

The real estate’s financial report shows the mall with an area of 10,800 sq. m was sold in July for EUR 800, while the other commercial centres in Piatra Neamţ and Buzău are still for sale. The three malls faced difficulties during the last years, the one in Suceava remaining without any tenant before its sale.

The Israeli developer is the owner of the office complex City Gate in Piaţa Presei, Bucharest. The complex, with an area of 48,000 sq. m, was evaluated at the end of the first nine months at EUR 159 million, a similar level to the end of June. The two buildings of the complex are 96% occupied and the average rent is EUR 21.5/sq. m /month.

GTC had EUR 23.4 million revenues in the first nine months in Romania and Bulgaria, compared to EUR 21 million in the same period of last year.

 

Total costs registered by the company in both countries increased from EUR 12.8 million to EUR 13.8 million, with a gross profit of EUR 9.6 million compared to EUR 8.2 million in the first nine months of 2012. (source: economica.net)
