The building, named Green Gate, built in the last 18 months by Bog’Art group, is currently 67% let, the most important tenant being TeamNet group, which will occupy more than four of the total of eleven floors.

„Currently there are approx. 500 people working on the site, and in the peak moments there were even 1,000 workers. In approx. two weeks we will take over the building from Bog’Art, and the fit out of the tenants’ premises will last about a month, therefore at the end f April the building will be operational “, has declared Sheila Giafer, commercial manager within Green Gate.

The office market development in Bucharest has slowed down in the last years, and for 2014 it is expected the delivery of office buildings with a total rentable area of approx. 120,000 sq. m.

 

For the development of this project, the Czechs have negotiated the financing straight from their headquarters, with PPF Bank, the banks present on the local market continuing to be reticent in giving loans in the real estate sector. (source: zf.ro)
