The project is underway in the capital’s Drumul Taberei neighborhood and will include 170 units, 84 of which should be delivered at the end of April, according to the developer. The total cost of the investment is estimated at €4.5m. Apartment prices will start at €800 per sqm. A two-bedroom unit will cost around €46,000.
