With a population of nearly 2 million people and a highly educated and talented workforce, we have identified a strong demand from large global companies wishing to be present in the city. In cooperation with Globalworth, Mindspace will thus be able to provide high-quality services in some of the most desirable locations and buildings on the market", said Yotam Alroy, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Mindspace.

By entering Romania, Mindspace is expanding its portfolio to 28 locations, approximately 90,000 square meters, and thus strengthens its offer and position as the leading provider of flexible and high-quality office space in Europe and the United States, being present in 7 countries and 13 cities.

"The partnership with Mindspace is already a tradition. The company currently operates spaces in the Koszyki Halls building in Warsaw, Poland, and today we are expanding our collaboration in Romania. By bringing Mindspace into our buildings, we can respond to a wider universe of potential tenants and their changing needs. Mindspace offers the best solutions for flexible office space", said Ema Iftimie, Head of Leasing Globalworth.
