The new tenants include Altex Service Center, the service department of Altex Romania, AutoItalia Group and Ted’s café. Altex will occupy a 650 sqm of offices, while AutoItalia Group signed on for 450 sqm on the ground floor, where it will open a Jeep showroom in October.

 

In addition to the new leases, several of the office park’s existing tenants, including Bergenbier, Euroins and Adama Agricultural Solutions, expanded their space at the complex.

 

Owned by the Global Finance investment fund, Global City Business Park offers 51,000 sqm of office space in two buildings. The scheme also includes 844 underground parking spots.

 

Tenants include Michelin, Coca-Cola, HBC, Total Soft, Euroins, Ford, Honda, Bergenbier, Quintiles and Monsanto. (source: cijjournal.com)
