According to Polish media reports, the deal is set to be closed by the end of 2013 and the new owner will take over the property in the first quarter of 2014.
Skanska launched construction of Green Day last year, with the completion date set for 2014. The building will add 15,930 sqm of new space to the city of Wrocław. The project is the third scheme of the developer in the city, following Grunwaldzki Center and Green Towers. (source: cijjournal.com)
