The investor, focused on residential projects, enters with this project on the office segment. At the end of the works, scheduled by the construction authorization for December 2021, the building will reach a height regime of GF + 9, from GF + 6 at present.

Telekom Romania has sold three buildings, including Puișor Post, whose asking price was 1.98 million euros. Located in the Bucharest district on September 13, opposite the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Puișor Post has an area of almost 3,100 square meters and has a land of 1,096 square meters.
The building was initially purchased by Gersim Impex, the largest local distributor of mobile phones, a company with business of over 700 million lei in 2018 and fully controlled by Daniel Stefanescu. Gersim Impex obtained the authorization for the overlaying works in June 2019 and sold the building to Forty Management in the second part of last year.
Forty Management is currently developing 234 apartments, in two projects in Bucharest. (source: profit.ro)
