This year the zones dedicated to office developments in Bucharest competed with the office hubs in secondary cities such as Iași, Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara.

The concept Best Office Buildings is a concept 100 pct. trade of Forbes Romania, which registered a great success since its first edition which took place in 2015.

The Gala was designed as a high-class event, as well as a support for the print edition with the same name, launched by Forbes Romania.

The print edition — Best Office Buildings — is dedicated to the Romanian office segment and includes a hierarchy of the main office hubs considering five criteria: stock, occupancy rate, structure of request, deliveries and green features.

Therefore, the Forbes Best Office Buildings Gala awards every year the companies with significant activities in the office segment.

Willing to encourage the new generation of architects, mentoring and innovation, this edition of Forbes Best Office Buildings Gala hosted a pilot in supporting the projects of young Architecture students by displaying an exhibition of models. The show ended with the public vote, the vote of the editorial staff of Forbes and of the professors Conf.Dr.Arh. Magda Stănculescu and Lect.Dr.Arh. Mihaela Staicu  from the Architecture University Ion Mincu, awarding four projects with a featuring within Forbes magazine.

During the evening, the guests enjoyed artistic moments offered by the a capella jazz group Blue Noise.
