However, the number of transactions increased in March by 13,700, compared to February, reaching 78,962, according to Romania’s National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI), reports local Economica.net.

 

Compared to March 2014, the number of transactions in March this year increased by 590.

 

In March 2015, most deals took place in Bucharest (7,516), Ilfov (5,231) and Timis (4,292). Bucharest also recorded the biggest number of real estate transactions in the first quarter of the year, with 17,471, followed by Ilfov (12,361) and Timis (9,753).
