The building was part of the British investment fund Fabian, took over by the Romanian businessman at the end of 2008. Evo Center One was developed by Adama, being finalized in 2006 and bought by Fabian in 2007 for EUR 4.9 million. The building has a rentable area of approx. 2,000 sqm and is empty since September 2012, when the company went bankrupt. Starting bankruptcy procedure was decided at the company’s request, which had in 2010, according to the Public Finance Ministry, 25 million lei debts and 8 million lei loss. (source: zf.ro)
