Elegance Decor, the market leader in decorative and facade profiles, has leased a total area of approximately 520 sqm, including office space and parking spaces. The 400 sqm inside the Equilibrium building were transformed into office space, meeting rooms, socializing, and product presentation areas. The new Elegance Decor office has been open since May 1st. The relocation to a representative space, such as the one offered by Skanska, is a strategic step for Elegance Decor in scaling the business, coming from the company’s desire to offer products and services at the highest standards.

Equilibrium 1 is a 12-storey Class A office building with a leasable area of 20,700 sqm and 3,500 sqm of green area specially designed for outdoor work and recreation. The building achieved the LEED Platinum and WELL Health-Safety Rating certifications and is currently operating 100% based on energy from renewable sources.
