Ivanov has an experience of 15 years in consultancy on the local and international valuation market. Previously, he worked for SHM Hodgkinson România, where he was promoted to the position of commercial valuation director.

 

The new senior valuer within DTZ has a master degree in financial studies and capital market, is member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) since 2008 and ANEVAR (National Association of Chartered Surveyors in Romania) since 2003, being specialized in real estate assets and movables valuation.

 

The real estate services company DTZ is controlled by the investment fund TPG and manages 3.3 billion sq. m and 63 billion dollars transactions volume worldwide. Last year, the company agreed the global takeover of Cushman & Wakefield, for 2 billion dollars. (source: zf.ro)
