Deutek is the first investment of EEAF in Romania, the third private equity fund managed by Axxess Capital.
Fusions and acquisition market sources say that the transaction made by Axxess Capital included a significant discount, considering that the investment fund paid in 2005 EUR 18 million to the German group Meffert and to the businessman Marius Ivan, the owners of the company at that date.
