„There are hardly new State investments in Romania, so we started giving ourselves work. With this residential project we address mainly the middle class, so the houses will be cheaper. We will develop the project as the market will absorb the units, step by step“, said Diaconu, who will invest in the 1,000 apartments residential project together with another businessman, Alessio Karkhi.

Diaconu estimates for this year 5% turnover growth compared to last year, the increase being mainly due to the company’s works in countries such as Gabon and Iraq.

On the local market, the company is working for the rehabilitation of the national road DN 56 Craiova-Calafat and the underground line in Bucharest’s Drumul Taberei. (source: zf.ro)
