„The investment which will start in 2017 will be of more than EUR 100 million and will include several phases of 200-300 apartments each. A phase is taking a year, so after 5-6 years City Point will become a real district, where more than 3,000 people could be accommodated“, says Favi Stelian, CEO of the company developing the real estate project.

The decision of the developers to expand the investment in City Point comes in the context where  the residential request has increased in the last year, following the interests’ reduction for credits, as well as a better macroeconomic situation in Romania. (source: zf.ro)
