"Dentotal is an expanding company and the relocation of the Dentotal offices in a premium, class A building, recently put into use, is the second transaction, for which we offered consultancy in 2020", says Ionut Gidei, Senior Associat Corporate Services la ESOP Consulting | CORFAC International.

At the beginning of the year, the ESOP team assisted Dentotal in renting an industrial space with an area three times larger than before, in Eli Park 1 in Chitila. In order to adapt to the current conditions in the real estate market, our company also diversified its range of services, offering consulting and solutions for both the office segment and the industrial segment, of renting and selling industrial spaces, which proved beneficial both for us and for our business partners”, adds Ionuț Gidei.

The Equilibrium I office building, where Dentotal will move, has a leasable area of 20,600 sq m of Class A office space and is the first phase of the Equilibrium project, located in the Barbu-Văcărescu office hub. Equilibrium I is certified to green LELE Core & Shell standards, at Platinum level, with sustainable spaces, with low energy consumption, 16 charging stations for electric cars and urban mobility facilities. Employees who prefer to go to the office by bike or scooter have at their disposal a bicycle parking with locker rooms, lockers for storing personal belongings and shower cabins, as well as 20 bicycles for rent, included in a system that has 210 bicycles integrated throughout the city, in various hubs. Outside the building, there are outdoor seating areas with wireless coverage and street furniture with electrical outlets.

Among the measures to limit the spread of COVID 19 taken by Skanska to the Equilibrium I building to encourage office work are: the implementation of a system of thermal imaging cameras for controlling body temperature, so that access to people with a temperature greater than or equal to 37, 3 degrees is restricted; elimination of human contact at the reception and the possibility of registering visitors via a tablet; fitting dispensers with disinfectants in several areas and placing a disinfectant mat at the main entrance; application of nanoseptic foils on the control panels of the elevators, the handles of the access doors from all the common spaces (bathrooms, parking lots, etc.); special signs for observing the distance measures, such as limiting the access in the elevators to a maximum of 4 people, specially arranged areas outside, for taking the parcels from the couriers, but also Easybox type storage spaces.
Due to these measures, the building is being certified with the WELL Health-Safety Rating, the latest building appraisal system introduced by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This new evaluation system can help companies adapt their office space to the post-covid 19 reality. (source: Esop)
