Businessman Iulian Dascălu, the owner of the commercial centers network Iulius Mall and of the mixed-use project Palas in Iaşi, started this month in Iaşi the construction works for a new office building with a rentable area of 15,000 sq. m, scheduled for completion in the end of next year.
