He added that more and more companies are looking to rent office spaces in Bucharest centre, in CBD – Central Business District, a reason for the market could increase prices in this area.
"We will see a rent increase in the central zone. So far, the largest rent was EUR 18-18.5 per square meter, and now we will have the surprise to see this level surpassed, reaching more than EUR 20. There are many tenants aiming for the centre, and for a company requesting less than 1,000 sq. m of offices, this means a monthly difference of EUR 2,000, that is a car leasing installment", Florescu added.
