This year will be finalized a total of 250 apartments, following investments of approx. EUR 7 million.

"We had first plan to build this year only 150 units, but the good sales registered in the last months determined us to consider building more: a total of 250 apartments. The investment this year for Cosmopolis will reach EUR 7 million, the project having approx. 1,300 by the end of the year.", has declared Ahmet Buyukhanli, president and major shareholder of Opus Land Development, the project’s developer.

In the first four months of this year 125 apartments were sold. 49 of them were bought by an investor for more than EUR 2 million. „The investor is from Turkey and bought the apartments with the purpose of renting them for minimum three-five years period ",  added Ahmet Buyukhanli.

Selling prices of the residential units in Cosmopolis start from EUR 32,000 + 5% VAT for a double studio 52 sqm), from EUR 55,000 +VAT for 2 rooms apartment (74 sqm), while an apartment with 3 rooms have a starting price of EUR 74,500 +VAT (116 sqm).

Compared to the beginning of the year, Cosmopolis also offers finalized villas. The ones with 112 sqm have a price of EUR 90,000+VAT and the villas with 125 sqm have a price of EUR 110,000+VAT. Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania was designated exclusive agent of the project at the beginning of this year.

1,100 apartments and villas were finalized by far in Cosmopolis, the community in the project counting approx. 1,700 inhabitants. The investments in Cosmopolis project reached approx. EUR 230 million by far, including residential construction, infrastructure, commercial spaces and green area.
