Cora to open first mall in Romania
French hypermarket chain Cora will open this summer the commercial centre in Constanța, with an area of 18,000 sqm, with 80% already let, while the investment for the project is EUR 58 million.
First announced as Corall, the construction of the project began in spring 2012, the completion date being scheduled for June 2013. According to CBRE, the promoter of the project, the commercial gallery, with 50 shops, has already being populated with retailers such as Takko, CCC, Jolidon, Casa Rusu, Altex, Zoomania, Maxbet, Helpnet, Arsis, Germanos, Orange Store.
