The gross series growth was supported by rises in capital repairs works (13.7 percent), in new construction works (4.5 percent) and in maintenance and current repairs works (2.3 percent).

 

By construction objects engineering works increased by 11.9 percent. There were drops in residential buildings and in non‐residential buildings of 8.4 percent and of 1.6 percent, respectively.

 

The adjusted series fall was determined by drops in maintenance and current repairs works (5.9 percent), in capital repairs works (1.5 percent) and in new construction works (1 percent).

 

By construction objects, there were drops in residential buildings and in non‐residential buildings of 7.3 percent and of 6.5 percent, respectively, while engineering works increased by 3.6 percent.

 

Compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, the volume of construction works increased both as gross series and as adjusted series by the number of working days and by seasonality by 10.8 percent and by 10.6 percent, respectively.

 

By structure elements there were rises in gross series as follows: in maintenance and current repairs works of 27.2 percent, in capital repairs works of 22.8 percent and in new construction works of 3.0 percent.

 

By construction objects, the volume of the construction works increased in engineering works by 37.6 percent, while there were drops in non‐residential buildings and in residential buildings of 16.9 percent and of 9.9 percent, respectively.

 

As adjusted series, rises were registered as follows: in maintenance and current repairs works of 20.8 percent, in capital repairs works of 10.0 percent and in new construction works of 2.1 percent.

 

By construction objects, the volume of construction works increased in engineering works by 27.6 percent and dropped in non‐residential buildings and in residential buildings of 19.4 percent and of 5.8 percent, respectively.

 

During the first eight months of the year construction works showed increases as gross series (11.1 percent) over the same period of last year, determined by rises in capital repairs works (16.3 percent), in maintenance and current repairs works (13.8 percent) and in new construction works (9 percent).

 

By construction objects, the volume of construction works increased as follows: engineering works by 14.9 percent, non‐residential buildings by 8.7 percent and residential buildings by 2.6 percent.

 

For the same period, adjusted numbers also indicated a rise of 11.4 percent y-o-y, due to increases in capital repairs works of 17.6 percent, in maintenance and current repairs works of 10.7 percent and in new construction works of 10.3 percent.
