In September 2014, compared to August 2014, the volume of construction works increased by 22.3%, respectively by 7.8%, both as unadjusted series and series adjusted with the working days number and seasonality.

 

Compared to the same month of the previous year, the volume of construction works increased by 3.5% as unadjusted series and decreased by 1.8% as series adjusted with the working days number and seasonality.

 

In September 2014, the volume of construction works (unadjusted series) increased by 22.3% compared to August 2014, being pointed out as follows: maintenance and current repairs works by 28.4%, new construction works by 23.6% and capital repairs works by 5.0%.

 

By construction objects, increases were registered as follows: engineering works by 28.6%, residential buildings by 19.0% and non-residential buildings by 15.0%.

 

The volume of construction works, series adjusted with the working days number and seasonality registered a growth of 7.8% in September 2014, compared to August 2014.

 

By structure elements, increases were registered for maintenance and current repairs works by 10.9% and for new construction works by 10.5%. Capital repairs works decreased by 9.6%.

 

By construction objects, engineering works increased by 15.0%. Residential buildings and non-residential buildings decreased by 8.1%, respectively by 2.4%.

 

Compared to the same month of the previous year, as unadjusted series, the volume of construction works increased by 3.5%. By structure elements, new construction works increased by 13.1%. Decreases were registered for capital repairs works by 19.6% and for maintenance and current repairs works by 6.4%.

 

By construction objects, for residential and non-residential buildings, the volume of construction works increased by 28.6%, respectively by 24.9%. Engineering works decreased by 11.3%.

 

The volume of construction works, series adjusted with the working days number and seasonality decreased by 1.8% in September 2014, compared to September 2013. By structure elements, decreases were registered for capital repairs works by 22.4% and for maintenance and current repairs works by 4.4%. New construction works increased by 9.8%.

 

By construction objects, the volume of construction works decreased by 14.0% for engineering works. Non-residential and residential buildings increased by 18.9%, respectively by 17.4%.

 

By September 2014, compared to first nine months of 2013, the volume of construction works, unadjusted series, decreased by 10.8%. By structure elements, decreases were registered as follows: capital repairs works by 19.7%, maintenance and current repairs works by 13.2% and new construction works by 7.8%.
