„Considering that in Bucharest 2013 was a better year for residential, the interest in bigger lands for houses construction reappeared. There were years when those plots, of second range, were avoided by the investors and were practically useless“, said Oprea.

 

The investors, Romanian and foreign, are mainly looking for lands on the outskirts, near metro stations, where prices went down to even less than EUR 100/sq. m.

 

 

After four years of continuous decreasing the number of houses built in Bucharest - Ilfov region has increased last year with 16.5%, to 5,275 units. (source: zf.ro)
