Colliers Property Management, significant turnover raise in 2012
The company’s turnover raised 5 times in 2012 compared to 2011. Colliers has in plan for 2013 to extend its portfolio in all areas of expertise: industrial, office and retail.
Colliers Property Management has two new projects starting 2013 and estimated another 3 new clients by the end of the year. The property management division, launched in 2011, currently manages 5 real estate projects, with a total area of 65,000 sqm and offers green certification consultancy for another 8 projects (office and commercial centres).
