Shared offices, sound proofed furniture for those wanting to work individually, cafeteria, ping pong tables, punching bags and darts, scene and drums, ultrabooks and tablets – this is how the pilot project implemented for its 57 employees since two weeks ago by Colliers looks like. „The average investment value is EUR 3,000 per employee, so the invested amount reached EUR 170,000, shared between the furniture and architecture and the technology. The main reason for the offices must be adapted to the generation Y needs is the productivity growth”, said Ilinca Păun, managing director of Colliers. The area of Colliers office situated in Floreasca Business Park is 520 sq. m. Colliers had a turnover of EUR 3.2 million in 2012, with 24% down comparing to the previous year. (source: zf.ro)
