Acquisition of a modern office building in Aviatiei

 

A cornerstone of Bucur S.A.'s recent activities is the acquisition, finalized on July 31, 2025, of a 99.99% stake in Siriului Residence S.A. This company notably owns the Siriului Business Support and Development Center (CSDA Siriului), a modern office building located in the highly sought-after Aviatiei area of Bucharest.

 

Situated at Siriului street no. 22–26, the property comprises a 1,428 sqm plot and a contemporary 6-story office building constructed in 2013. Valued at 6.1 million euros, this acquisition positions Bucur S.A. to offer high-quality office solutions to companies looking for well-located, modern premises.

 

A portfolio shift towards income generation

 

The strategic direction of Bucur S.A. is clearly moving from traditional land ownership to a focus on operational, income-generating real estate. This portfolio restructuring also included the exchange of a 5,480 sqm plot of land for 72 finished apartments and 40 parking spaces within the Novum 56 residential project on July 17, 2025. Furthermore, the company successfully divested a 1,050 sqm land plot in the Siriului area for 1,167,400 euros on June 16, 2025.
