An important part of the transactions includes IT or FMCG companies, the most active industries considering the movements on the office market.

The biggest contract was signed by the outsourcing services provider Genpact, which pre-rented for relocation an area of approx. 22,000 sq. m in a building of the project Hermes Business Campus in Dimitrie Pompeiu area, developed by the Belgian group Atenor, which will be completed next year.

Another large transaction involved the rental of 10,000 sq. m by the IT giant Oracle in the tallest building in Bucharest, Sky Tower, where the American company intends to relocate a part of its employees.

The only new request in the largest transactions top is the one of Jacobs, which rented 900 sq. m in Floreasca Business Park.

„For the entire 2015 we expect a total transaction volume at least similar to the one of 2014, meaning 300,000 sq. m“, said Mihai Păduroiu, head of office agency CBRE Romania. (Source: zf.ro)
