The shopping center is being developed by Prodplast Imobiliare.
The first phase of the project will offer 25,000 sqm of commercial space with a 15,000 sqm green area. Prodplast secured a €35m loan to finance the project. (source: cijjournal.com)

Bog'Art was named general contractor for Veranda Mall, which will go up near Bucharest’s Piata Obor district. Completion is set for fall 2016.
