"The company’s shareholders considered it is good to sell this building now and give dividends. They also considered the market is now more relaxed and it is a good moment to sell. There are two investment funds wishing to buy the building, but in order to insure the transparency the selling will be made through public auction", has declared to MEDIAFAX Florea Pârvu, one of the minor shareholders of the company.

Autovit bought in 2010 the residential building, on structure phase, for 2.9 million, VAT in addition, from the company Euro Market Services.

"When we bought it there was only the structure of the building constructed, we invested ever since EUR 6.5-7 million, currently the building being 90% completed. We intend to sell it in maximum six months, at the selling price starting EUR 12 million", Florea added.

Decebal Tower was developed on an approx. 1,600 sqm plot and has a total built area of almost 10,000 sqm, including 64 underground parking places. The ten floors building includes 20 luxury apartments of two, three and four rooms and a penthouse on 10th floor, with areas situated between 110 and 344 sqm. The 1st and 2nd floors are designated for offices.
