The company’s long-term partners extended the lease agreements for about 7,800 sqm. These include Japan Tobacco International (JTI), Prima Broadcasting Group, Mercury 360 Communications, LS Travel Retail Romania or Diadent Medical.

Mondo di Pasta decided to expand its leasing space by about 1,100 sqm, while Vinimondo expanded it by 400 sqm.

Iride Business Park has a 93,000 leasable area. The company has recently announced its plans to expand the Iride Business Park into the Iride City complex. It will complete the first office building at the beginning of 2016, following an investment of EUR 34 million. (source: Romania-insider.com)
