The company, which is the local subsidiary of ATOSS Software AG from Germany, with headquarter in Munich, is active on the Romanian market since 2004. Following this agreement, the company will relocate its activity in one of the most modern office projects from Romania, certified with BREEAM International Outstanding In-Use of 95% – the highest existent rating globally.

The company will relocate its team in May and plans to further expand in the future. The new offices have been arranged according the all the existing safety measures and include numerous meeting booths and small conference rooms, relaxation and gaming areas and also a barista corner. All 170 employees will work in weekly shifts, including remote activity, and will benefit, on behalf of ATOSS, to be tested Covid-19, before coming in the office.
Including this new deal, Vox Technology Park surpassed 7,200 square meters of office space leased since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in Romania, this being one of the best results registered in the industry.
”The last 12 months were dominated by uncertainty, social distancing measures and an overall work-from-home environment. Thus, the office market was among the most significant affected sectors, which makes the results registered by Vox Technology Park even more exceptional. We leased over 7,200 square meters of office space since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, approximately 90% being represented by new contracts”, stated Mark Oancea, Managing Director within Vox Property Group, the developer and owner of the office project.
Among the companies that have chosen Vox Technology Park during the past 12 months are German automotive producer Kromberg & Schubert, furniture manufacturer and retailer Casa Rusu, communication engineering company Connect44 and the US Zetta University.
ATOSS Software AG has regional offices in Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Romania and Switzerland and over 10,000 clients from 46 countries.
Vox Technology Park has a total surface of 26,600 square meters and was delivered in Timisoara following and investment of EUR 30 million.
