The hotel, which is one of the most valuable assets owned by the Administration of State Protocol Patrimony RA-APPS, will also host the National Agency for the Management of Seized Assets (ANABI).

The two-star hotel covers almost 6,000 sqm, and is located on a 15,000 sqm plot on Kiseleff Boulevard in Bucharest, close to the Government building. It has 98 rooms and apartments, a restaurant with 120 seats and a summer garden.

The state hasn’t managed to find buyers for the hotel in the last ten years. It thus decided to use it for public institutions. The hotel will need some investments to be turned into an administrative building, so DNA’s move to the new headquarters is a long-term project, according to the justice minister.
