„We considered the entire concept of Plaza Romania since the beginning as an easy destination for shopping leisure and office at the same time. Therefore, Plaza România Offices will be born – office spaces within the mall – on an area of 10,500 sq. m”, said for ZF Affan Yildirim, general manager of Anchor Grup.

Across the road from the commercial centre, the group also owns the building Anchor Plaza, with tenants such as Credit Europe Bank, Adobe or Clinica Polisano, according to data on the project’s website. However, Carrefour left Anchor Plaza last year, relocating its headquarters to the area Aurel Vlaicu - Pipera.

ZF wrote in December that Mega Image would be one of the companies to rent premises within Plaza Romania Offices, but the information wasn’t officially unconfirmed by either party. (source: zf.ro)
