AFI Europe recently announced 100 pct occupancy rate for the first three office buildings in AFI Park project in Bucharest, after the Canadian company Telus rented 6,000 sq. m in AFI Park 3, a building to be completed in December.

Construction of AFI Park 3 started in June 2013. AFI Europe has also signed a pre-lease with Endava Romania for four floors in the third building of AFI Park, with a possibility of renting additional premises according to Endava expansion plans.

In April, AFI Europe also started the construction of AFI Park 4&5, the fourth phase of the project, which is scheduled for completion in October 2015. AFI Park 4&5 will be built as a single building, with two receptions and a total rentable area of 32,000 sq. m GLA offices on 12 floors with an underground parking on two levels and a ground floor with commercial premises.
