In the first quarter of 2022, IT&C companies rented the most class A office space for their employees, respectively a share of 32% of the total space, at the level of Bucharest and of 93.6%, at the level of the office market of secondary cities, such as Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara and Sibiu.

In Bucharest, EveryMatrix, Expleo, CEGEKA, Instore Power Provider, NXP, Softbinator Technologies, Huawei, Flowx, K2 View, Bachman, S&T, Docaposte, RINF Outsourcing Solutions have chosen new office spaces in the first three months of 2022.

In Iași, the A class offices have been rented by Microsoft and Visma Software, in Timișoara new Vodafone and Toluna centers will open, and in Cluj-Napoca the HTEC group is expanding.

The second and third places in the top fields of activity are Professional Services (23%) and FMCG (15%) (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), two market segments also driven by the waiver of anti-Covid restrictions.

In Bucharest, IT&C companies focused on class A office buildings, an overwhelming percentage of 91% of the total leased area being A class space.

On the second place, with 5% of the preferences, were the office spaces in the villas and on the third place, with 4% of the total, the office spaces in the class B or C buildings.

And in secondary cities, IT&C companies have chosen mainly A-class office buildings since the beginning of the year.
