The top share is registered by the A class office buildings, with 43% of the total relocations volume, followed by -A and B+ class offices, with 26% shares and the B class offices, with 21%. Villa offices only scored 7% from the total of the relocations.

„Most of the chosen offices for relocation are in A and B class buildings, which means that they become affordable spaces that more categories of companies can aim to. It is a good thing for the market, as this fact proves that, starting this year, among the selection criteria of the clients there is also quality, not only costs, which is also a reassuring sign for the developers”, Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner Esop Consulting l CORFAC International, declared.
