The crash of the real estate market determined a drop of the assets value from EUR 23 billion to EUR 20 billion, despite the fact that in the interval the real estate market continued to develop, office buildings with an area of approx. one million sq. m being constructed, as well as several dozens of commercial centres.


Their market value has decreased, following the drop of the revenues from rents, a situation which determined the diminishing of the turnover from EUR 2.56 billion to EUR 2.09 billion, according to the same source. (source:
