125 million lei investment in two industrial parks in Cluj
The minister of Regional Development and Public Administration, Liviu Dragnea, signed on Friday two financing contracts from European funds with total value of approx. 125 million lei.
One of the projects is 'Tetarom IV Industrial Park', to be developed in Feleacu village. The total value of the project is 54.9 million lei, with 34.9 million lei European, local and national grant. The project objective is 'life quality growth and the creation of new jobs through the development of the business support structures in the metropolitan area of Cluj-Napoca'.
The second project is called Tetarom I Industrial Park The project has a total value of 69.1 million lei, with 61.464 total grants. The estimated number of jobs created within the park is 485.
Both contracts will be finalized in 2015. (sursa: AGERPRES)
