The One Verdi Park project is a mixed one, and the construction features two towers, one of offices (23,000 sqm GLA, P+17) and one residential, 75 m high, with panoramic views of the Floreasca and Tei lakes, as well as the entire city. The two towers will be connected by a commercial space of 2,200 sqm on the ground floor.

The project also provides for an area of commercial premises, catering spaces, common movements and technical spaces on the ground floor. Pedestrian access to the office building, apartment building and shopping spaces will be from Bvd. Barbu Văcărescu, the opening to the boulevard being over 100 m and extending the entire length of Verdi Park on the other side of the street.
The outer area from the boulevard will be treated as a pedestrian space, consisting of pedestrian traffic, green spaces and recreation spaces, while the remaining free areas at the level of the landscaped land, outside the car traffic area, will be arranged as pedestrian traffic and green spaces. The project provides for the development of green spaces which will sum up the total area of at least 30% of the land area.
The project follows the concept of "Flex Well Tech": flexible office spaces that facilitate access to green areas and offer a variety of employee health and well-being services, built according to the latest technological standards.
At the same time, as with the other projects, the ones built at One Verdi Park will comply with LEED requirements for eco-friendly buildings, and the office tower will target the LEED Platinum v4 and WELL certifications, with the developer assuming the delivery of assemblies that will change the way in front of Bucharest, revitalizing areas left behind.
The office tower is located 10 minutes from Ştefan cel Mare / Aurel Vlaicu metro station, on bvd Barbu Văcărescu vis a vis of Verdi Park, providing both a superb view of the green areas and lakes around as well as the access of employees to the park for moments of relaxation in nature.
