Iride Business Park comprises several separate buildings totaling of approximately 92,182 sq m of office space spread through several buildings of varying age and style. The outsourcing company Genpact increased its leased area with 3,200 sq. m in Iride Business Park in Pipera, a property in Austria’s Immofinanz Group portfolio, where the company could set offices for at least 300 employees, according to ZF estimations.
Procter&Gamble has extended its lease in the office complex Iride Business Park, owned by aflat Immofinanz Group. Therefore, Iride Business Park will host five more years the headquarters of Procter&Gamble.
