The project will provide 50,000 sqm worth of work space, and will be completed in the next 2-3 years.

“Bucharest needs to develop in all its key points, not only in the north or in the center,” said Tal Roma, business development manager within AFI Europe, reports local Wall-street.ro.

The AFI Tech Park is mostly destined to companies active in the IT sector. The developer has already started negotiations to lease about 8,000 sqm.

AFI Europe also owns AFI Park, a five-building office complex next to the AFI Palace Cotroceni mall. The five buildings are also leased mostly to IT companies. AFI plans to sell the five buildings. (source: Romania-insider.com)
