GTC Romania is the subsidiary of Globe Trade Centre SA. The group has been active since 1994. Currently it operates in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Russia and Ukraine. As of April 2000, GTC is listed on the Warsaw stock market and is present on the real estate market in Bucharest since 1999. GTC Romania has built three of the most important business centres in Bucharest from the past 5 years: Europe House, America House and City Gate. In 2012 GTC Romania has launched a new office centre project: Ana Tower - planned for completion in 2014. City Gate, the office building of GTC Romania, placed in the center of Bucharest, won 2 quality prizes for quality offered by CEE Real Estate at the “Projects” category and also a GREEN BUILDING certificate in 2012 given at the Europaproperty SEE Real Estate Awards. This project also won the award for the best real estate office development in 2009 (CEE Real Estate Office Development of the Year) and the award for the best building of the year 2009 (CEE Real Estate Building of the Year). City Gate provides 44.000 sqm area, offering a modern space to well known tenants such as : Rompetrol, Romtelecom, Microsoft, Millenium Bank, Hoffmann-La Roche, Alcatel, Eon, Chevron etc. Among the list of residential projects developed by GTC Romania until now, we mention Rose Garden (Colentina Residential Complex) and Felicity, both in Bucharest.In 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 GTC was deemed the best developer in Central and Eastern Europe during CEE Real Estate Quality Awards and Europaproperty SEE Real Estate Awards, as a proof of the high quality of its projects.
