CA Immo was founded in 1987 and has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1988. Since its foundation CA Immo developed into one of Central Europe’s leading property companies. The core expertise of the CA Immo Group is focused on two business areas: the management of investment properties and project development, creating everything from high quality buildings to entire city districts. Currently, CA Immo’s total lettable area in Romania reaches approximately 328,000 m², consisting of five office buildings, one logistics park and one retail park.
