The company will create an underground network of 140,000 square meters for cars and the surface area will be pedestrian.

According to Maggie Kitshoff, the project will run in four phases, with the construction of the first phase starting in Q1 2020 after obtaining the construction permit and will include about 50,000 office spaces around of 550 apartments and will be completed in Q3 2021.
