Greek businessman Gkotsis Anas­tasios, who previously developed together with a group of Italian investors the office building Polonă 68, the headquarters of companies such Roche, Novartis, AECOM or Ariston, will complete next month a new office project situated on Floreasca Road in Bucharest, following EUR 8 million investments.

 

If for Polonă 68 building, which construction was completed in 2010, the leasing process lasted about two years, until 2012, the building in Calea Floreasca, named Ethos House, is already fully let, on the background of an increase registered on the office market in Bucharest.

 

 „We will complete Ethos House in November 2014 following an investment of EUR 8 million.
